Retail Store Manager : Rutland, VT

Job description:
The Store Manager is a friendly, outgoing, self motivated individual who can be a leader and helpful associate to customers. The ideal candidate would be someone who understands the industry or is devoted to learning the knowledge and skills of the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities: Store Manager – tasks include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming customers
- Conducting Transactions
- Product Knowledge
- Water Testing
- Assisting with hot tub, pool, and sauna needs
- Communicate via email, phone and face-to-face
- Respond to water care questions, parts, or order changes to help build customer retention
- Support the sales team with communication, assist with paperwork, and systems tools
- Showroom upkeep, cleaning, decorating, and stocking
- Follow up with customer inquiries
- Keep up on industry trends and technology

Work Environment: – The Store Manager will work onsite at the Rutland, VT location. Working in the retail store and traveling occasionally to other company locations for training/meetings, or offsite events. This employee will work with the Pool, Hot Tub, and Suana chemicals from time to time.
Physical Demands: – Physical demands include the ability to stand for extended periods, lifting and carrying of merchandise typically up to 50 pounds, along with bending, stooping and reaching.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:– This is a Full-Time position, that requires five days per week to include Saturdays and Sundays.
Travel: Occasional travel will be required to attend offsite events, trainings, assisting at other locations, and staff meetings.
Base pay starting at $18/hr. With commission, between $19-$22+ an hour.

You will assist with all aspects of ensuring our current customers have a positive experience with our Service Department and getting their hot tub, swim spa, sauna, or other products serviced by our company.
A Service Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling, prioritizing, and dispatching service calls to field technicians or service personnel. They play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring that service requests are handled promptly and efficiently. This role involves effective communication, organization, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
What does a successful candidate need to bring to this position?

· You are calm and professional when working through difficult situations and are always looking for the best solution for the customer.
· You have strong computer skills and excellent phone skills.

Job description:
We’re looking for a helpful and responsible Commercial Chemical Warehouse Helper for the summer. This individual will help restock and fill products in our warehouse, work within the warehouse with cleaning, moving, and organizing products, and assist on deliveries one day per week.

Service Technician : Williston, VT

Job description:
We have an opening out of our Williston store (Chittenden county area) for a career minded, self-motivated individual to join our ever growing service team as a Service Technician working on hot tubs, pools, and saunas at customer’s homes. Successful applicants must have a valid driver’s license (with a clean record), and be able to:
- Lift and carry 50lbs or more
- Learn something new everyday
- Travel for training
- Work outdoors
