Valet Service Allen Pools and Spas:  Test the water and adjust the chemistry as needed, rotate the filters and rinse the filters as needed, vacuum the spa, wipe down and clean all exposed surfaces, clean and reset the ace cell or freshwater cartridge as needed (if applicable) and add water to the spa as needed.

Drain, Clean, Refill:  All drain, clean, and refills include complete drain, clean and condition hot tub cover, test, balance, and treatment of water, hot tub startup and test all function for proper operation, perform salt and/or ozone system maintenance. Pricing is based on two hours work performed, additional charges beyond two hours will apply. Customer responsible for providing water source. 

THE SPA VALET SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY REPAIR OR MAINTENANCE OF ANY SPA PARTS, PLUMBING, CONTROLS OR ANY SERVICE THAT WOULD NORMALLY BE COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY. PLEASE CONTACT OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT DIRECTLY IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS OR WISH TO ENROLL.

NOTE: SPA NEEDS TO HAVE ALL SNOW AND DEBRIS REMOVED AND A CLEAN AND CLEAR PATHWAY IS NEEDED TO THE SPA BEFORE SERVICE CAN BE PERFORMED. IF THE SPA IS NOT CLEARED OFF AND A CLEAN AND CLEAR PATH AVAILABLE, SERVICE WILL NOT BE PERFORMED.
