Have you ever wondered which is better…to soak in your hot tub before or after a workout?
The answer is BOTH!
Soaking in a hot tub can help your muscles heal after a workout and can also help prevent muscle damage before the workout.
The best part is that cold water therapy is also beneficial and can easily be done in your hot tub. Turn the temperature down to help soothe your body after a workout; it will ease your heart rate back to normal and will cool down stressed muscles.
We recommend soaking for about 10-20 minutes before your workout to help get your blood flowing and to loosen up your muscles. Stretch your muscles for at least 10 minutes before your workout (You can do this right in your tub!)
