Dave, the salesman, (Rutland, Vt Office) was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, including the special financing that was available at the time when purchasing our hot tub. He followed up and kept us posted on the delivery time. On delivery day their team showed up at 9:00 a.m. on the docket and delivered and setup our tub. This team of four were professionalism and also very knowledgeable about the hot tub. Explaining in detail how it worked and what the chemicals were for. When I did have a question a few days later, Dave returned our call promptly and answered all our questions. Five Stars!
