Hot Tubs Can Help With Type 2 Diabetes
Did you know that frequent soaking in hot water can actually help lower your blood sugar?
“A small pilot study reported in the New England Journal of Medicine suggests that soaking in a hot tub for 30 minutes a day for a three-week period can reduce blood sugar levels by 13 percent.”
This can be very beneficial to people with type 2 diabetes, especially for those who are not able to exercise. Don’t forget to eat well, minimize your dairy intake (dairy has been linked to diabetes), and exercise if you can.
