4 Tips for Your Next Hot Tub Date Night
It’s Friday night. With limited options right now, you can’t go to a movie or out to dinner. You could just order take out again for the fifth weekend in a row and veg out on the couch scrolling through which Netflix show you haven’t seen yet? That sounds fun, right…?

Let’s plan a hot tub date night!  It’s time to plan that ultra-romantic and relaxing date night that’s sure to make your loved one feel special. Here’s what you’ll need:
1. Invitation
Why not dig up some of the arts & crafts supplies boxed up in the closet and create a fun invitation to your hot tub date? Handmade notes always make people feel special and your partner will love that you put some extra thought into your date.
2. Food & Drinks
Love is in the air so crack open a bottle of your favorite sparkly beverage to kick off the night. Drinks are great but they’re even better when accompanied by some light refreshments. No need to overthink it – you can create your own meat, cheese, and fruit board, or you can go straight for the sweet stuff, like mini cheesecakes or brownies.
3. Music
Nothing sets the mood like a great soundtrack to your evening so be sure to get the tunes going. Pick out your favorite Pandora or Spotify playlist as calming background music or blast your hot tub speakers if you and your partner love to jam! Bonus points if you work in a favorite wedding or first date song, anything that reminds you of each other!
4. Lighting
If music sets the mood, lighting creates the atmosphere. Play around with the color options and dimness of your hot tub lights. Adjust the lights and create a romantic setting with mood lighting. You can also light up the outside of your tub! Try paper lanterns, tea light candles, or flameless candles lining your path to the hot tub.
