Allen Pools and Spas Maintenance Visit:  Test the water and adjust the chemistry as needed, rotate the filters and rinse the filters as needed, vacuum the spa, wipe down and clean all exposed surfaces, clean and reset the ace cell or freshwater cartridge as needed (if applicable) and add water to the spa as needed.

Allen Pools and Spas Drain, Clean and Refill Service:  All drain, clean, and refills include complete drain, clean and condition hot tub cover, test, balance, and treatment of water, hot tub startup and test all function for proper operation, perform salt and/or ozone system maintenance. Pricing is based on two hours work performed, additional charges beyond two hours will apply. Customer responsible for providing water source. 

The visit does not include any repair or maintenance of spa parts, plumbing, controls, or any service typically covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact our service department directly if you have any questions, concerns, or wish to enroll.

Note: The spa must be free of snow and debris, with a clear and accessible pathway before a maintenance visit can be performed. If the spa is not cleared and a safe path is unavailable, the visit will not take place.
