In subsequent visits, sales reps could easily cover for each other without question. Dealings were flexible, efficient and staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but not pushy – which was much appreciated. Follow-up has been terrific – enough to make us comfortable, but not overkill. Overall interaction has left us extremely satisfied with this major purchase and the company with which we did business. Pleasantly surprised, especially having never purchased anything from them before.
