  • This sales agreement is entered into by and between (Customer) and Allen Pools & Spas based on the description of the product, accessories, and purchase price outlined in the purchase order.
  • As stated by the manufacturer. View warranty specifications. 1st year Free Travel Charge. Warranties are completed and registered by Allen Pools & Spas as a service to the customer.
  • Seller provides delivery crew for standard, ground-level, accessible delivery. Any crane costs, equipment, electric, water, and additional service costs are buyer’s responsibility. Customer must be home at time of delivery to confirm delivery pathway and placement. Customer proxy accepts responsibility for pathway and placement. The site must be fully prepared, level, with adequate support and correctly completed, dedicated electrical line. All site preparation and electrical related costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additional trips to complete delivery or installation due to inadequate site preparation including deck, electrical, snow removal or change of location are not included.
  • Customer to provide four able persons to load the tub as our showroom staff may not be able to assist. Customer is responsible for unit and any damage caused during pick up and installation. Customer must schedule pick up with Delivery department as far in advance as possible.
  • I have received a copy of Model Spec Packet that includes the installation and electrical requirements. I understand my responsibilities required for proper electrical and site installation.
  • 50% deposit required. 20% deposit for financing sales or reservations on units that will be ordered within 6 months of date of deposit. Allen Pools & Spas would like to deliver your unit within 30 days of arrival or sale (in-stocks). If customer cannot accept delivery, Allen’s will reorder the unit based on customer’s new timeline subject to new pricing and deal available. The balance is due or financing begins when scheduling delivery. Cancellation fee is 10% of the purchase price if the purchase is cancelled after the unit has been ordered. Restocking fee for returned or exchanged units is 15% of the purchase price plus the current tub removal fee. A $50 monthly storage fee may be enforced if we hold the customers’ unit (hot tub, Endless Pool, or sauna) longer than 90 days. Should the customer cancel, the total storage fees would be applied to the current deposit. Cancellation fee is 10% of the purchase price if the purchase is cancelled after the unit has been ordered OR $50/monthly storage fee will be enforced, whichever is greater.
