Seller provides delivery crew for standard, indoor, accessible delivery. Doorways, bulkheads, hallways, stairs etc., have been measured, cleared, and checked to allow the sauna panels to safely be moved through the residence without issue. Customer must be home at time of delivery to confirm the pathway, placement, and orientation. Customer proxy accepts responsibility for pathway, placement, and orientation. The site must be fully prepared and level, with a correctly completed, dedicated electrical line. All site preparation and electrical related costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additional trips to complete delivery or installation due to inadequate site preparation including electrical, improper measuring or change of location are not included.
