Customer to provide four able persons to load the tub as our showroom staff may not be able to assist. Customer is responsible for unit and any damage caused during pick up and installation. Customer must schedule pick up with Delivery department as far in advance as possible.

50% deposit required. 20% deposit for financing sales or reservations on units that will be ordered within 6 months of date of deposit. Allen Pools & Spas would like to deliver your unit within 30 days of arrival or sale (in-stocks). If customer cannot accept delivery, Allen’s will reorder the unit based on customer’s new timeline subject to new pricing and deal available. The balance is due or financing begins when scheduling delivery. Cancellation fee is 10% of the purchase price if the purchase is cancelled after the unit has been ordered. Restocking fee for returned or exchanged units is 15% of the purchase price plus the current tub removal fee. A $50 monthly storage fee may be enforced if we hold the customers’ unit (hot tub, Endless Pool, or sauna) longer than 90 days. Should the customer cancel, the total storage fees would be applied to the current deposit. Cancellation fee is 10% of the purchase price if the purchase is cancelled after the unit has been ordered OR $50/monthly storage fee will be enforced, whichever is greater.
