Notice To All of Our Customers Who Have Lost Power!

The following items are critical with your outdoor spa:

  1. Never Ever Drain Your Spa! Your spa is like a thermos bottle. Because the water in the spa is warm, it will keep your spa pipes warm for numerous days without power since the temperatures are hovering around the 32 degree temperatures.
  2. If you drain your spa with no power, you have no way to blow the lines out. Also the warm water in the spa is no longer keeping the pipes warm.
  3. Do not open the cover since it will let the warmth escape because heat rises.
  4. Call our Service Department if you have any questions or concerns once the power comes back on. The pnone number is 1-800-649-5952 ext. 14
